I think I've tried that before and liked it, but it depends on the food. There's a large difference in food between that of El Azteco and say the other plethora of mexies I talked to you about. QDoba, not anywhere near the scale of those restaurants for instance, is good with Cholula and I sure as shit wouldn't put Cholula on any Azteco serves me.
