Time flies when you have to compile zombie media for a once a week extravaganza, lemme tell ya! Thanks to IrishGirl for the links! Into the fray we go!

A few short film offerings are on tap this week. And helpful ones at that. Case in point, here's what I learned from this first film:

  • Zombies have an excellent sense of irony. Watch for the guy in the extra points for the guy in the STARS shirt at :20 for extra points.

  • Just as the British call a trunk a boot and a cop a bobby, they have a special term for zombies: bitey corpses.

  • Zombies are slow and stupid but panicky people are slower and stupidererer.

  • Zombies have an impeccable sense of drama.

And the winner for best slide show depicting (for the most part) zombified animals with the oddest soundtrack goes to:

Finally, a sort of triple entendre... This week we got a look at the new Michael Myers from Rob Zombie's followup to his Halloween remake, H2. See? Cuz the director is a zombie. And so is Michael Meyers!

Until next week! If it ain't fresh it's probably a zombie!
