La Victoria Salsa Brava (Hot)
Nice warmth, leading to a definite bite at the end and a pretty nice light flavor with a few high notes. I really want to impress that I love this stuff and it goes great on pizza. But mainly I posted this because Becky thinks it's ridiculous that I blog about food like this.
