So the other day I got a call from an unrecognized number. I Googled the area code and it turns out to be in Florida. Hmm. My friend Donna in in Florida. Maybe it's Donna.
I'm on another line so I push my Ignore button. Soon I'm greeted by the whistling splendor of "Twisted Nerve" indicating I have a voicemail.
It's some guy named Nick (or Nate). He's thinks this is Shane's number and wants Shane to call him back.
I am not Shane.
I delete the message.
Today I get another call from the same number. The same scenario plays out. However, this time the message is a little more urgent.
Hey, Shane man. This is Nick (Nate?). I'm just callin' to see if you go any 30's or somethin', man.
Gimme call back.
Uh.
XXX-XXX-XXXX.
Unfamiliar with the term "30's" I Google it and it would seem my friend is trying to score morphine.
What do I do? Do I simply tell him he has a wrong number? Do I do the same but warn him about soliciting drugs from strangers? Do I pretend to be the policecops?

Step 2. Wait 48 hours If Money=there then step 3 If Money!=there then step 4 Step 3. Smile! The world is a better place. Goto Step 5. Step 4. Google the number, find the location. Call the pigs, let them know what happened, what number it was from etc. Give them all the relevant data. Step 5. Chill and have a soda! Trackbacks
