Anyone who's read this blog with any regularity knows that I've had some strange Googlejuice over the years. I've been the number one result for "dried horse shit dong", "abc lost secret" and "ton loc funky cold medina" (I've sadly been deposed).

However, I had no idea that I was the number four Google result for "flint gang rumor". I'm referring, of course, to the ridiculous rmor that flew around Flint a few weeks back. Snopes has all the info here. That was quite an interesting day so I naturally blogged it.

Then, out of the blue, I receive this e-mail today:

I found your blog posting about that ridiculous gang rumor very
entertaining. I'm working on a documentary film, and I thought that this was
a great example of the kind of state of fear that many Americans are living
in these days.. Would you be willing to meet up with me? I am possibly going
to be in Flint starting this weekend (maybe Sun-Tues), and would love to
have you tell this story on camera. It seems revealing of a certain
undercurrent in our society..

Holy crap! How cool is that?

More details as events warrant.

For now, we have a more pressing issue:

Which photo to use for the press release?
