My day at work...
Customer: I clicked the link you sent me for your program's latest update yesterday and now today my database is gone! I am outraged!!
Me: Wow. That's really odd. Let me check the file. Nope. It looks ok. What was the URL you used?
Customer: [gives URL]
Me: Hrm. Yeah, that's right too. This is really strange. Can I log in to your computer?
Customer: Please do! Again, I am upset with you! All the work I've done setting it up! And now because of you it is gone! All gone!
Me: [logs in, pokes around] Uh. Yep. You sure did go to that URL... Then you subtracted the executable from the URL to view the file's directory. Then you went snooping around the other directories and installed another customer's database. See these screenshots? That's you doing what I just said. And it wasn't yesterday, it was 20 minutes ago. Luckily I have a backup database from you, but it's from two months ago. You just lost two months of work.
Customer: What? Uh... No! Uh... Dang kids. It wasn't me!!
Me: Thank you for using our product, sir.
